Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

We will gladly issue a refund within 10 days of a purchase.  If the article is not in the original condition, then a restocking fee of 5% to 50% will be assessed.  Cash refunds are issued in the form of a check within 10 days.  No refunds on altered articles. 

The Last day for Christmas refunds is January 4^th.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will gladly exchange an article within 30 days of purchase.  IF the article is not in the original condition, then a restocking fee of 5% to 50% will be assessed.  No exchanges on altered articles.

The last day for Christmas exchanges is January 24^th

CUSTOM WORK AND SPECIAL ORDERS:

All custom work and specials are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
